HeraHaven review: hidden prices and gaps in the rules

We opened HeraHaven from a US connection, clicked through the 18+ prompt, and went through the public catalog, the character builder up to the naming step, the image generator page and the sign-up form. We also read the terms (both the rest-of-world and EEA versions), the privacy policy, and the cancellation and complaint policies.

We did not register. HeraHaven is not on our recommended list, and we only open free accounts on services whose terms explicitly ban sexual content involving minors. So chat quality, memory, free limits, in-account prices and the deletion flow are not covered here, and no payment was made.

HeraHaven is run by Vilala Limited, a company registered in Nicosia, Cyprus. It is a web app with three catalogs (Girlfriend, Anime, Boyfriend), a character builder, an image generator and a videos section. The homepage sells it as uncensored chat where your companion sends pictures and you can turn those pictures into short videos.

Every catalog card shows the character's age. On the day we checked, the Girlfriend tab ran from 18 to 49, with several cards at 18 and 19. The builder itself starts at "Twenties". There is no App Store or Google Play app; you use it in the browser.

You can't find out before you sign up. There is no pricing page, and the settings link sends a logged-out visitor to the registration form. The site's public code contains a default plan list, $19.95 a month or $79.80 a year for HeraHaven Pro with 500 Luna a month, plus Luna packs from $10.95, but we couldn't check those numbers at a real checkout.

What is published is the refund rule, and it's strict: subscriptions, renewals, Luna packs and crypto payments are all "final and non-refundable" unless the law in your country says otherwise. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't refund the current period.

Registration is free and asks only for a first name, email and password, or a Google or Twitter login. HeraHaven doesn't say what a free account includes. On the public generator page, making four pictures at once is marked PRO, so expect images to be the first thing that needs a plan.

The builder has 11 steps: realistic or anime style, ethnicity, age band, hair, body type, then a name and personality. The image generator works from your character plus a prompt and tag groups for pose, view, clothing and scene. Picture-to-video and voice notes are mentioned in the terms and FAQ, with no published cost.

The FAQ also says you can "send pics back". The terms only ask you to hold the rights to what you upload; nothing in them bans pictures of real people or deepfakes.

HeraHaven doesn't publish what appears on your card statement or which payment methods it takes, apart from a section on crypto in the refund policy. Price rises come with at least 30 days' notice.

The privacy policy keeps chat images, video, audio and anything you share in chat for "5 years after the erasure of your account". Staff may read sampled conversations for quality control. Your content can be used to train models unless you email support to opt out. Disputes go to mandatory arbitration, with a 30-day opt-out by email. The EEA terms say you can close your account from the settings tab; deletion doesn't shorten that five-year retention.

It may suit you if you want a quick visual builder for an AI girlfriend or boyfriend in the browser and don't mind finding out the price after signing up.

Skip it if you want published prices, any chance of a refund, or a service whose rules spell out bans on minors and real people. If those matter, the three services below publish more of their rules and prices.
