Infatuated AI review: plans, token costs and the rules

We went through the public site from a US connection: the character catalog, the plans page with its token table, the first step of the character creator, the FAQ and nine policy pages. Then we filled in the free sign-up form with a disposable email. After we pressed the button, a reCAPTCHA image challenge appeared. We don't solve CAPTCHAs for reviews, so we stopped.

That means we have no first-hand numbers for reply speed, memory, the free message limit or account deletion. Where this review talks about those, it quotes Infatuated's own pages. We paid nothing.

Infatuated AI is an adult companion site that runs in the browser. The terms and policies name Cogito Sum LLC of Dover, Delaware as the operator; the footer says "Infatuated, Inc.". The catalog showed 285 characters split into Girls, Guys, Anime and Trans, each card with an age and a job, plus tag filters.

You chat by text and can ask for photos, voice notes and short videos inside the chat. A Discover feed and a private gallery sit next to the chat. The character creator starts with a choice of Suggestive, Explicit or Anime style.

Every plan is billed up front: $9.99 for one month, $23.97 for three months or $83.88 for a year. Each comes with a monthly token allowance of 100, 150 or 175 tokens. Token packs run from $10.50 for 150 to $26.25 for 500.

The useful part is the table under the packs. It prices each action: a message, an image, voice, video lengths, upscaling and creating a character. You can work out your own monthly budget before you pay, which few sites in this category let you do. One catch: the plans page says a message costs 1 token, the Terms of Service say 2. And the homepage FAQ promises "unlimited messaging" on premium, which doesn't match a per-message price.

The FAQ says the free version allows "up to ten messages per chat", and the homepage says you can start creating a companion for free. Images, voice and video are tied to tokens, so expect the free tier to be a short text preview. We couldn't confirm the limit ourselves because the sign-up stopped at the CAPTCHA.

Infatuated has some of the most detailed rules we have read in this niche. The Underage Policy bans any depiction of a minor, "teen" or "schoolgirl" framing, childlike features and aging up a minor character. The content policy bans characters based on celebrities, influencers or private people, and incest themes. Users can't upload photos, so you can't put a real face into a generation.

Still, the catalog's tag row includes "18-21", "Student" and "Petite", and several cards are 19 to 21. The ages are adult, but the rules and the catalog's marketing pull in different directions.

Refunds are off the table. The refund policy says plans and token bundles are final "under any circumstances", and the Terms call all fees non-refundable. The payment screen and card statement name are only shown after sign-in, so we couldn't record them.

The Privacy Policy (updated October 20, 2026) says you delete your account by emailing [email protected] and that data is removed within 90 days. The FAQ adds that the AI "does learn from user interactions". There is no opt-out switch described on public pages.

Pick it if you want chat, pictures, voice and short videos in one place and like seeing a price per action before you spend. The yearly plan is the cheapest per month.

Skip it if you want to try a lot for free, if you might want your money back, or if you need a phone app. Read the token table first: video eats tokens fast.
